The AC Bella Sky Hotel and Bella Center is the conference venue and AC Bella Sky Hotel is the official HCII2023 hotel.

A number of rooms have been reserved to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with significantly reduced rates. The special guest room rates have been agreed with the hotel to be valid for all Conference participants for the duration of the Conference, as well as for 3 additional days, before and / or after the Conference (subject to availability of rooms at the time of the reservation).

Please note that Wednesday 21 June 2023 at 12 noon (CET) is the cut-off date for reservations. Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability.

RESERVATIONS

Cut-off date for reservations is Wednesday 21 June 2023, 12 noon (CET). Any requests after that date will be accepted at the Hotel's prevailing rate based on availability. A credit card is needed to book a reservation and the full amount will be charged as per deadlines listed in cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel or reduce your stay up to 30 days prior arrival, 12 noon (CET) it will be free of charge. One night's stay will be applied as cancellation fee for full cancelllations from 29 up to 14 days before arrival. After that cancellations are non refundable and the full payment will be applied to the credit card in file. Reductions and no-shows will be charged in full. Name changes, addition of guests and entesions for reservations are possible only on-line via Marriott.com up to 48 hours prior arrival. Additional nights before and/or after the conference can be booked with the available daily rate via marriott.com.

FAMILY ROOMS

A small number of rooms is available for 3/4 persons occupancy:
- Deluxe room (max 3 occupancy): DKK 1495 (Single) / DKK 1695 (Double)
- Executive room (max 4 occupancy): DKK 1895 (Single) / DKK 2095(Double)
Extra bed for adults will be DKK 300 including breakfast. Children under 13 years of age may stay for free in their parents' room using existing bedding. Baby beds are available free of charge.

In order to book a family room, please proceed to book a room for double occupancy, so that the hotel will have your details in file. Then please contact the hotel through email at rooms(AT)bellagroup.dk with the booking number in order to upgrade your booking to a family room. Requests will be accepted based on availability at the time of the request.
