Note 1: All authors / presenters of papers or posters, organizers of (invited) sessions, Tutorial instructors, Program Board members, and members of cooperating organizations will receive this discounted registration fee.
Note 2: Workshops are ‘closed’ events, i.e. only authors of accepted workshop proposals, registered for the specific workshop, will be able to attend.

Participants are kindly asked to make their own arrangements for meals.
Students are entitled to discounted fees for their Conference registration, Tutorial registration, best deal, and good deal.
The discounted student fees apply to all authors / presenters of papers or posters, student design competition contestants, and Conference attendees who are students.
During the on-line registration process students are required to submit documentation, in English, from the University or School they attend, about their current student status: either a scanned copy of an official letter duly signed and stamped or an equivalent official electronic document in PDF format (e.g. digitally signed or carrying on-line verification).

All registration cancellations, due to any reason, received in writing by 3 February 2023 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations, due to any reason, received after this date, please see the following cases:
For paper presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per paper is required by 24 February 2023 (extended deadline). After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.
For poster presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per poster is required by 24 March 2023 (extended deadline). After this date, submitted manuscripts will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.
One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 3 February and 31 May 2023. No refunds will be made from 1 June 2023 onwards.
If, for any reason, a tutorial is cancelled, then the tutorial’s registered participants are entitled to transfer their registration to another tutorial or to receive a refund.

The Conference organizers will be pleased to provide a visa support letter to all approved registered conference participants for use in the context of their application for visa, if / as necessary.
After your registration process is completed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to your invoice. Then, from the 1st of January 2023 onwards, you will be able to fill-in the application form for the visa support letter, which will become available through your Conference Management System (CMS) user account.
After we process your application, you will receive as an email attachment your visa support letter in PDF format together with an additional recognition letter from the Official Tourism organization of Copenhagen.
